Refund policy

At this time, returns and exchanges are not accepted. However, if you need to make an address change, amend or cancel your order, please contact me within 1 HOUR of purchase. Once items have been packed and shipped, I can no longer retrieve parcels as they are now within the custody of the USPS system. Please note that the time to notify me is short because I make an effort to pack and ship orders to you as quickly as I can. Thank you so much for your understanding!
