Shipping policy

Processing time: Orders are often processed within 24-48 hours of your order. 

Shipping time: Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days. Items will ship together meaning if your order includes a made to order/ready to ship/pre-order items, all items will ship in one parcel once they're all ready :) 

✦ Art Prints: Prints may be packaged & shipped separately depending on your order. Please check your email for multiple tracking numbers. 

US Shipping: US Shipping orders under $125 are shipped via the mail carrier you select - most options come with tracking. Please ensure the shipping address is correct as a reship fee will be applied and the responsibility of the buyer due to incorrect/incomplete addresses. Orders over $125 ship free with USPS First Class Mail and apply to domestic orders only. 

International Shipping: International orders are shipped out via the mail carrier you select. You are responsible for providing the necessary tax information, import fees, and customs fees. 

Tracking numbers: tracking is available to most locations and will be emailed to you in a shipment confirmation email.

Lost, stolen, or missing shipments: If you find yourself in this situation, first of all, let me tell you I'm so sorry! Unfortunately, I am unable to replace any lost, stolen or missing shipments. You may use your tracking number to contact the USPS, UPS, or DHL concerning your order. 

Import fees: Additional customs and import taxes or fees may apply to international orders. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are assessed by buyer's local customs office. I am is unable to determine or alter what fees may be due. Per shipping laws, all items will be listed as merchandise with value of contents included on customs form.
