Lē'ahi / Diamond Head Post Stamp Sticker
Located on O'ahu's southern coast, the iconic silhouette of Lē'ahi State Monument sits just east of Waikīkī. The 760ft tuff crater was believed to contain diamonds on its slopes. These turned out to really be shiny calcite crystals. This is where the name 'Diamond Head' originates.
Pictured here cruising in the surf is a well known 'ilioholoikauaua named Rocky. Hawaiian Monk Seals are one of the most endangered seal species in the world.
